We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to make a return, we offer a 10-day return policy (you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order). To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Order number
- Item/s you wish to return
- Reason for your return
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first raising a return may not be accepted.
Please note shipping costs associated with the return/ exchange of items are payable by the customer (unless product deemed faulty). We recommend using a trackable courier service, as The Profumeria will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues
If you received the wrong item, or the item is faulty, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please provide us with a detailed description, and a photo of the incorrect/faulty item/s, so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
